  • Constructive feedback about your suitability for the advertised role and the opportunity to meet with a consultant face-to-face or via video interview if your application meets the criteria.


  • An understanding of the things that are important to you such as salary requirements, flexible working arrangements and career progression to ensure the role meets your personal and professional goals.

  • Helpful advice to support you with interview preparation. 


  • Confidentiality and adherence to the Privacy Act.


  • Thorough pre-employment processes, including reference checks, social media profile check, Police Checks and/or psychometric testing.


  • Support with salary negotiation and market advice on remuneration.


  • Post-employment check-ins to see how your new role is progressing.
