Our approach

Our process is designed to obtain constructive and positive feedback on all elements of the leader's performance.


This information is then used to provide a tool for the further development of the leader's to provide clarity on expectations, highlight areas of strength and areas for improvement.


The methodology includes:


  • Review of the current Position Description and KPI's
  • Review of key company documents (e.g. strategic plan)
  • Review of most recent performance review (if applicable)
  • Meeting with the leader to discuss the review process
  • Delivery of a Performance 360 survey
  • Reporting on survey feedback
  • Presentation of final report to key stakeholders (optional)
