An opportunity now exists for a proactive and highly organised, Studio Administrator to join our team in this essential front‑of‑studio role.
The Role
In this pivotal front‑of‑studio position, you will actively shape the client and visitor experience while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the studio. Your duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls with exceptional customer service and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
- Welcoming all visitors and clients with professionalism, warmth, and exceptional service, including offering refreshments upon arrival
- Taking a proactive approach to planning weekly internal social events, including scheduling and arranging catering
- Managing reception email inboxes and responding to general enquiries promptly and courteously
- Coordinating and maintaining stationery, office supplies, and other operational needs
- Maintaining a polished, organised and well-presented front of studio environment at all times
- Providing general administration support including data entry, filing, printing and photocopying
- Liaising with photographers for finished project shoots and scheduling with project leads
- Coordinating with external website developers to upload new project content and update profiles for new team members
- Managing the social media platforms, including LinkedIn, to ensure they are kept up to date with relevant business content and campaigns
- Supporting production of graphic presentations, submissions and other written correspondence using InDesign
- Organisation of travel and accommodation requirements for team members
- Assisting with recruitment activities such as interview scheduling and reference checks upon request
- Supporting stakeholder workshops by meeting room set up, preparing catering, briefing packs, and participant information
- Providing additional assistance to the Business Support Manager as required
About You

- Willingness to learn and support the broader team with various administrative tasks
- Reliable, detail‑focused, and consistently professional, upholding the studio’s standards and values in every interaction
- Qualifications in Business Administration or Marketing will be highly regarded
- Previous experience working in a similar professional environment where you’ve supported across a wide range of areas is desirable
