What You Will Be Doing
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to placement and post-placement care
- Focus on retained recruitment across Local Government, with roles up to Manager level
- Deliver recruitment solutions across permanent and contract markets
- Build and deepen relationships with councils and public sector organisations
- Maintain a high-quality talent pool and ensure compliance with best practice standards
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in Local Government or public sector recruitment, or a strong interest in these areas
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine passion for people and community impact
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative, agile approach with a commitment to continuous learning
