Renowned for their excellent reputation and unwavering commitment to high-quality care, they are now offering an exciting opportunity for a Graduate P&C Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Manager of People & Culture, you will be responsible for managing all queries sent to the People & Culture inbox, as well as providing essential HR support and advice to employees across the company. Your role will include talent acquisition support, such as managing advert responses, screening candidates, and arranging interviews. Additionally, you will support the contracts and onboarding process for new joiners. You will also facilitate and participate in various HR initiatives, including administering L&D programs and handling ad hoc HR projects.
About You
- HR qualifications and the desire to step into your first people & culture related position
- Previous experience working in a corporate environment e.g. in an administration role will be essential to be considered
- Good attitude and the willingness to support the P&C function with a range of tasks
- High attention to detail and the ability to build rapport quickly with people across the organisation
