What You Will Be Doing
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to placement and post-placement care
- Focus on Accounting Support roles including Accounts Payable, Receivable, Payroll, Finance Officers, Bookkeepers, and Assistant Accountants
- Deliver recruitment solutions across both permanent and temp/contract markets
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Maintain a high-quality talent pool and ensure compliance with best practice standards

- We’re open to individuals who have worked within an accounting & finance role who’d like to transition into recruitment or an experienced recruiter
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine passion for people
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
