What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to placement and post-placement care
  • Focus on Accounting Support roles including Accounts Payable, Receivable, Payroll, Finance Officers, Bookkeepers, and Assistant Accountants
  • Deliver recruitment solutions across both permanent and temp/contract markets
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Maintain a high-quality talent pool and ensure compliance with best practice standards

What We Are Looking For

  • We’re open to individuals who have worked within an accounting & finance role who’d like to transition into recruitment or an experienced recruiter
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine passion for people
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A collaborative, agile approach with a commitment to continuous learning
