Rhianna is an experienced HR Consultant with over five years’ experience supporting major construction projects. She brings a strong understanding of site-based workforce dynamics and the pressures faced by delivery teams, enabling her to provide practical, commercially focused people solutions in complex project environments.

Trusted by senior leaders, project managers, business managers and site-based teams alike, Rhianna builds strong, respectful working relationships at all levels of the workforce. Known for her attention to detail and consistent approach, she supports leaders to navigate employment-related matters with confidence. She provides pragmatic advice across employment and pay enquiries, workplace relations, interpretation of industrial instruments, performance management and workforce development.

Rhianna works closely with leaders to design and implement fit-for-purpose HR policies, procedures and processes, including onboarding, HR compliance, and organisational development initiatives. She also supports leaders in managing performance, grievances, conflict resolution, culture matters, disciplinary processes, redundancies, and terminations, ensuring outcomes that are fair, consistent and compliant. Her focus is on building people capability and enabling effective people management to support strong and successful project delivery.
