With over 20 years of experience in law, mediation and executive facilitation, Brigid brings a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach to leadership, conflict resolution and organisational development. Her legal background, combined with expertise in mediation and facilitation enables her to navigate complex issues with clarity and deliver outcomes that are both practical and effective.

As a Nationally Accredited Mediator and with a professional legal background, her work has largely involved the resolution of commercial and workplace disputes, both in and out of Court and through consultative mediation.

She has extensive experience designing and delivering engaging workshops that help leaders, boards and teams address their goals and challenges and to achieve objectives effectively.

Brigid serves on a number of not-for-profit boards to provide strategic guidance and drive impactful initiatives.
