Nikita brings more than a decade of experience across recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources and executive search in Australia and internationally.

With a strong background in end-to-end recruitment and talent strategy, Nikita has partnered with organisations across a range of industries to understand their people requirements, identify high-calibre talent and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Her experience spans permanent and executive appointments, market mapping, candidate identification and assessment, stakeholder engagement and talent advisory.

Prior to joining Perks People Solutions, Nikita developed extensive experience in executive search, contributing to complex appointments and working closely with clients and candidates throughout the search and selection process. This has strengthened her ability to understand organisational needs, navigate talent markets and identify candidates who bring the right combination of capability, experience and cultural alignment.

Known for her thoughtful and professional approach, Nikita builds trusted partnerships with both clients and candidates. She brings a strong understanding of the importance of communication, discretion and a thorough, evidence-based approach to recruitment.

Nikita holds a Master of Business Administration (Human Resources) and a Bachelor of Business Administration.
