We are now seeking a proactive and confident HR Consultant to join our growing team and help clients across diverse sectors navigate their people challenges with clarity and confidence.
Reporting directly to the Director, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with business owners and leaders to shape compliant, effective and people-centred HR solutions that genuinely make a difference.
About the role
In this varied and fast-paced consulting environment, you will:
- Provide expert, outsourced HR advice across areas such as performance management, organisational development, workplace behaviour, investigations, award interpretation, terminations, and HR audits.
- Identify risks, guide clients through complex workforce matters, and ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act and other relevant legislation.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with leaders, managers, and employees, always delivering professional and pragmatic advice.
- Contribute to HR “Health Checks”, draft HR documentation, and support the design of policies, procedures, and tailored HR solutions.
- Support learning and development initiatives and keep clients informed on emerging HR and employment law changes.
About you

- The confidence to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a close-knit consulting team.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- A genuine passion for helping organisations build positive cultures and meaningful employee experiences.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field, with hands-on HR experience.
