Perks People Solutions are currently working with a number of businesses in SA looking for short term or long-term contractors to undertake generalist and project work. Positions vary in level and hourly rates are between $50 – 60 + super (inclusive of casual loading). Undertaking temporary or contract work is a great way to work across diverse environments, and under different HR leaders.
Tasks vary depending on the contract but include:
- Partnering with business leaders to provide HR advice and support
- Responding to day-to-day HR queries around entitlements, policies and procedures
- Supporting with recruitment administration, onboarding and terminations
- Supporting with policies or procedural updates
- Assisting with employee wellness initiatives and promoting a strong workplace culture
- Pre-employment checking e.g. visas, police checks, background checks
- Collaborating with other HR professionals to manage HR process improvement projects
- Any other HR tasks as required by businesses

About You
- Previous experience in HR is critical to be considered for the temporary positions on offer
- Full Australian work rights
- You must reside in Adelaide, SA and be able to attend the office. Flexible working arrangements may be able to be negotiated for the right candidates
