The Role:
Working in a collaborative team environment to drive outcomes for clients and the business, your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating and updating dynamic financial models for current and future assets
- Creating and refining distribution forecast models
- Developing investment appraisals for new acquisitions
- Supporting asset acquisition and disposal processes
- Preparing Information Memorandums, investor reports, investment committee and Trust Board papers etc
- Undertaking investment analytics on ICAM’s property assets
- Monitoring sector, market and economic conditions
About You:
- Relevant university degree (i.e. Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce or similar)
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role developed in a financial, investment, funds management, property, or an infrastructure organisation
- Funds management experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong written (including report writing) and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong financial, analytical and research skills
- Team player and highly diligent with a can-do attitude
- Ability to problem solve and calm under pressure
- Most importantly have a real energy, drive and passion for the industry
